Cozy one-bedroom apartment with all amenities.

The layout of the apartment: passage rooms, a glazed balcony, a separate bathroom.

At guests' disposal are bed linen, bath accessories, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, boiler. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: dishes, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, cutlery. For a pleasant stay for up to 4 people there is a bed with an orthopedic mattress and a sofa bed.

Nearby are the sports complex, NAU, Vidradnyi Park and Mamayeva Sloboda, the medical campus, Shalimov Institute - up to 10 minutes of leisurely walking, ISIDA.

Приємна та гостинна власниця квартири. Всюди чисто і прибрано, набір рушників, навіть гель для душу і шампунь є) Сусіди не заважали. А ще зручне розташування. Недалеко магазини, зупинка автобуса і станція трамваю. Дякую)
