The apartment has 2 separate rooms: a bedroom and a living room. Fully furnished and equipped with appliances: double bed, fold-out corner sofa, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioning in every room, water heater, gas stove, microwave, electric kettle, smart TV, iron, hair dryer, dishes, high-quality bedding, etc.
Near the building: ATB, FORA, public transportation stop. Convenient transportation links:
Demiyivska, Lybidska, Palats “Ukraina,” Palats Sportu, Olimpiyska, and Ploshcha Ukrainskykh Heroiv metro stations;
in the opposite direction—VDNG, Vystavkovyi Tsentr metro, Ipodrom, NUHT Sports Complex, Central Clinical Hospital of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
The apartment is ready to welcome respectable guests.
Accommodates up to 4 people. Receipts are provided.
A security deposit equal to one night’s stay is required. It will be refunded upon checkout and return of the keys, provided there is no damage and the house rules are followed.
Reservations are considered confirmed only after approval.
The price includes accommodation for a couple (2 people).
Reservations are only available for guests aged 25 and older.
Parties and loud gatherings are prohibited.
Pets, birds, reptiles, etc., are not permitted.
For reservations covering a single night, the price is subject to separate agreement.
The minimum reservation period for the New Year’s holiday season is 5 nights.
