This hotel-style designer loft with stylish, modern and functional renovations will not leave you indifferent. This loft combines 2 separate and fully equipped apartments. The unique location, the charm of the old streets of the city center and modern style, combined with elements of authentic construction of the building, will allow our guests to immerse themselves in the history of architecture of the XIX century.
Functionality and design are designed to the smallest detail to allow guests to comfortably spend time on vacation or business trip in the heart of the capital.
Each of the loft apartments has a double bed with a comfortable mattress. In addition, one apartment has a comfortable orthopedic sofa and the other has a sofa bed. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a spacious shower area, a bar table with chairs and a spacious closet. One apartment has a balcony overlooking Saksahanskoho street.
The loft is located at the intersection of Lva Tolstoho and Saksahanskoho streets in the city center. The great location of the loft will allow you to easily reach the many attractions of the city. Within walking distance are the city's main street - Khreshchatyk (20 minutes walk), Bessarabskyi market (20 minutes), Gulliver shopping center (20 minutes), Central railway station (10 minutes) and Circus (10 minutes). There are cafes and restaurants for all tastes nearby.
Free parking on the premises (barrier). The loft is within walking distance of 2 metro stations (Universytet metro station - 600 m or 7 minutes walk, Vokzalna metro station - 800 m or 10 minutes walk).
