The apartment is located in the central area of Kyiv, a 9-minute walk from KPI metro station. The convenient location allows you to reach any point in the city quickly. It is 10-15 minutes to Khreshchatyk on any transport.
The house has security, video surveillance, entrance by magnetic keys. The complex has a closed courtyard, with a playground and sports equipment. There is underground parking.
SThe spacious one-bedroom apartment is suitable for a family or group of friends. Due to the excellent planning and thoughtful zoning, there is everything for a comfortable stay. There are 4 sleeping places. The interior of the living room is made in neutral colors, which is complemented by quiet textile accents. Wallpaper under the brickwork light gray harmoniously with wooden surfaces and furniture. There is a large corner sofa with soft pillows in the recreation area opposite the wall plasma panel. Название аппартаментов - Perfect , идеально подходит к данной квартире ! Чисто , ремонт со вкусом, есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания ,очень вежливый хазяин и цена соответствует на 200%. В следующий раз останавливаться будем только здесь .
