Comfortable studio, 33 m², 3 sleeping places, on the 6th floor of a 28-story residential building in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv, at 17 Bazhana Avenue.
During a power outage, a generator operates.

The new residential complex “OLYMPIC PARK” is a “city within a city,” offering everything for comfortable living within walking distance. The complex has a secured territory, video surveillance, concierge service, high-speed elevators, and guest parking. There is an organized area with children’s and sports playgrounds and an on-site supermarket. Within walking distance: shopping centers, stores, banks, cafés, pharmacies, post offices, service centers, public transport stops, 2 metro stations — “Vyrlytsia” and “Boryspilska,” as well as a park and a lake.

Cozy comfort-class studio with designer renovation, autonomous heating, fully equipped with modern furniture, all necessary appliances, and technology for a comfortable stay. TV, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, hairdryer, washing machine, water heater, iron, air conditioner, SmartTV, Wi-Fi internet.

There are 3 sleeping places: a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress and a fold-out guest sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bed and bath linens are provided.

We are happy to welcome you with children and pets, which can be arranged separately. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment! There are designated smoking areas on the complex grounds. If needed, all reporting documents can be provided, including a receipt. We reserve the right to request a security deposit upon check-in, arranged separately. Upon check-in, you must present the original ID document.

The price may vary depending on the number of guests, length of stay, and other factors. Standard check-in/check-out: 14:00 / 12:00. Early/late check-in or check-out is possible and can be arranged additionally.
