A clean and quiet neighborhood in Kyiv - the Koncha-Zaspa district. The cottage community is located in a nature reserve (protected natural area). The property is under security surveillance.

A 3-minute walk away is a forest, and a 15-minute walk away is Lake Vedro.

There are no industrial zones, auto repair shops, or landfills nearby.

While walking through the forest, you may encounter roe deer, moose, hares, foxes, wild boars, and wood pigeons. At the entrance, you can see ducks, swans, a great white egret, and a beaver.
