I invite you to a cozy spacious apartment in the new building of Nyvky Park residential complex, 65A Peremohy avenue.

4 minutes a quiet walk to the metro. Near the city center.

Apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen. There is a dressing room, a balcony. Air conditioning in the bedroom. King-size bed - 180x200 cm. Orthopedic mattress. The kitchen has a sofa bed.

It is possible to park on the territory of the complex. The whole area is guarded.

Beautiful view from the window of the 9th floor.

Працює ліфт під час відключень, інфраструктура поруч (магазини, заклади, включно з макдональдсом), закрита територія. У квартирі були додаткові зручності (гелі для душу, шампуні, мило, чисті рушники, посуд).

Квартира з сильними слідами експлуатації, пошкоджені меблі, штори, брудний диван, який соромʼязливо прикрили пледом. Залишки їжі на дивані, волосся на підлозі. Особливо вразила постіль на ліжку, дуже нагадує своєю якістю постіль, яку видають в потягах. Для студентських гулянок підійде, для сімейного проживання ні.
