The house does not have an elevator.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a 4-storey building. The house is located in the historical part of Kyiv, close to the main sights of the capital of Ukraine, a 10-minute walk to the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, Bessarabska square with many shops and cafes, Mandarin Plaza shopping center, Parus business center, as well as the Arena shopping center, in which are located: contemporary art Pinchuk Art Center, nightclubs, shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarket.
Opposite the house are Gulliver shopping center and the Sports Palace.
5 minutes from the house of the NSC Olympiyskiy.

For shortening the period of stay, a fine is charged in the amount of the cost of 1 day of stay.

Sometimes guests are settled through the office, which is located at 10 Prorizna street. The cost of a transfer from Zhulyany Airport is 350 UAH, from Boryspil Airport is 650 UAH.

Payment of the security deposit is made through the WayForPay payment system.

Гарне ліжко і комфортне з постіллю

Погано працює душ, не працює перемикач з крана на душ і навпаки, все одно тече з усіх сторін І холодна квартира, я там замерзла, поки обігрівач не нагрів квартиру.
