Description

Modern and stylish apartments, designed for comfortable rest and business trips. The interior is made in warm natural shades with a combination of textured wood, soft textiles and designer decoration, which creates a cozy and at the same time elegant atmosphere.

A large double bed with a comfortable orthopedic mattress and snow-white bed linen has been prepared for guests, which will ensure quality sleep and full rest. The spacious room is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi for work and entertainment.

Panoramic windows fill the space with natural light, and thick curtains allow you to create a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation at any time of the day.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric kettle, a two-burner electric stove, as well as the necessary set of dishes. Tea, coffee and sugar are always available for guests.

The spacious bathroom has modern plumbing and a large shower cabin. Guests have access to a washing machine, iron and hairdryer. We also provide mini-perfumes: shampoo, shower gel and slippers. The boiler provides uninterrupted hot water supply, so you can always enjoy a comfortable hot shower.

Across the street from the house are the Novus supermarket and McDonald's restaurant. Just a 10-minute drive away is one of the largest shopping and entertainment centers in Europe - Lavina Mall, where you can find over 500 stores, a family entertainment park, a Silpo supermarket and a 12-screen Multiplex cinema. Nearby are also the Auchan hypermarket and the Epicenter construction hypermarket.

The apartment is perfect for a romantic trip, as well as for guests who appreciate comfort, cleanliness and modern design. Every detail has been thought out here to make your stay as pleasant, cozy and carefree as possible.

A baby cot is available upon prior request from guests. The cost of the service is 500 UAH for the entire period of stay.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Кровать удобная, все работает, в квартире стабильно 20 градусов.

Пол-плитка холодний зимой, тапочки в комплекте слишком тонкие, надо везти свои.
