It is located in 10-minute walk from the train station and Universytet, Vokzalna metro stations.
The apartment is located in a very quiet place.

The apartment is located in a side street of Bilynskoho (new name - 10 Ally Horskoi lane). There is no lift in the building.
The apartment is just after renovation.
It is near Berseneva medical center.
