Loft-style studio in a new residential quarter of 2018 near Politekhnichnyi Instytut metro station (7-10 min walk). Living room with fireplace, sofa bed, work area with desk, sleeping area with double bed and wardrobe, large equipped kitchen, balcony, bathroom with bathtub.
It offers: air conditioning, electric fireplace, electric stove, extractor hood, Wi-Fi, cable TV, washing machine, hairdryer, electric kettle, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, dishes. The apartment has smoke detectors and a fire alarm. The house has security, video surveillance, an enclosed courtyard with a large playground, sports ground, recreation area.
