A cozy hotel-type room in a residential building in the very centre of Kyiv, which is located on the famous Khreshchatyk street.
The unique location and cozy atmosphere will not leave you indifferent. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for comfortable living. Here you will find a kitchenette with a microwave, a living room with a large bed and a bathroom with a shower. Everything you need is at your disposal: a plasma TV, air conditioning, as well as high-speed Wi-Fi Internet. A new apartment is located on 23 Khreshchatyk street, not far from the famous clothing store Zara.

One of the main advantages of the apartment is its location in the very centre of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk street. Khreshchatyk metro station is two minutes walk. Khreshchatyk street is a real paradise for customers - Zara, Mango, Nike, Calvin Klein, TSUMshopping centre. Cozy cafes and chic restaurants will offer you a menu from any cuisine of the world. Nezalezhnosti square, where various entertainment events and concerts are held, as well as shopping and entertainment centers - Hlobus nearby and Mandarin Plaza, Bessarabskyi market and Arena nightclub for nightlife lovers.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.
