New modern one-bedroom apartment with the hi-tech unique designer styled luxury renovation in grey&yellow colors combined with the different unique beautiful designer's ideas. There is a huge king-size bed, big comfortable sofa (which is not an extra bed), big embedded wardrobe with mirror doors.
Fully equipped kitchen is separated from the room by the bar-table with modern bar-chairs and it amazes with it's hi-tech grey and yellow elements in the furniture. It has everything for cooking of your favorite meals.
The luxury modern bathroom made from modern mozaic tiles in grey&gold colors has a Jacuzzi bath-tub, shower, wash-basin with a big mirror in front of it and a w.c. There is also a laundry washer in the apartment.
Apartment is fully fitted with all modern amenities and facilities such as a lot of cable TV channels, high-speed broadband internet connection for business purposes and many others.
Baby cot is available upon request.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking an apartment for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Сподобалося розташування. Центр столиці. До найближчої станції метро 200 м, до Хрещатика - 400 м

Київ "гудить", і це відчутно. Якщо ви звикли до тиші, вам це не сподобається. Я міський житель, тому мені було норм.
