Stylish and spacious one bedroom business class apartment on the left bank, in a 10 minutes walk from Darnytsia subway station. One stop to Livoberezhna metro station. The apartment is located on the 21 floor of a 25-storey elite new house. Near the house there are a supermarket, Dytyachyi svit shopping center, lots of shops and cafes, Kosmiks entertainment complex, restaurants, bars and fast food restaurants. There is a place for a car parking.

The layout of the apartment: living room, kitchen, adjacent bathroom (corner bath). Designed for 4 sleeping places: double bed and a double sofa bed.
