This apartment is designed for your perfect vacation in Kyiv. Despite the fact that the apartment is located in the center, it is very quiet as the windows overlook the courtyard.

The room is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Sleeping area with queen size bed, wardrobe, comfortable armchair, chair and table. Air conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter if necessary, microwave and electric kettle.

For your convenience, there are towels, disposable slippers, miniature soaps and shampoos, Wi-Fi 24/7.

Across the street from the house is the shopping center "Gulliver", within walking distance from the house is the main street of Kyiv - Khreshchatyk, the entertainment center "Arena City" and other attractions of the capital. Famous restaurants, bars and night clubs can be found on the adjacent streets, as well as on Baseina Street.

The nearest metro station, "Palace of Sports", is a two-minute walk from the building, which can also be used as a shelter.

To check-in and get the keys we are waiting for you at the reception desk at the address Basseynaya Street 19, second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception opening hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met by an employee of Partner Guest House at the front door (entrance to the house) at the appointed time.
Ukrainian citizens who book for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit name card). When staying for three or more days, one document confirming identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (from 8:00) or late check-out (18:00), please check in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an additional service, which is charged at half the daily rate and can be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if balcony is available).
We do not accommodate guests under 21 years of age
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of:
- 1 night's stay if booking from 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Ліжко супер комфортне. Підігрів підлоги у ванній - супер.

Дуже шумна пральна машина. І трошки кращого прибирання перед заселенням хотілось би.
