Observe fire safety regulations. Turn off electrical appliances, household appliances and lighting when leaving the apartment.
You can not make noise and listen to music loudly, disturbing the peace of your neighbors, especially between 22:00 and 8:00.
Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited (except for the loggia and balcony). If the rule is violated, a fine of 3000 UAH will be charged for each case of smoking for the subsequent disinfection and special treatment of the apartment.
The administration is not responsible for the loss of the Guest's valuables in the apartment. Please keep all valuables in a safe.
The administration can enter the apartment without the consent of the Guest, if he does not get in touch, does not open the door, or there are objective reasons for that.
Eviction.
After the expiration of the period of residence, you must return the apartment and keys to the manager. In case of loss of keys, the Guest is obliged to pay compensation in the amount of 500 UAH.
In case of material damage caused by damage or loss of property of the apartment, it is necessary to compensate it in full according to the price list.
