We invite you to stay in our modern one-bedroom apartments, where stylish design blends harmoniously with comfort and functionality. The interior is designed in a modern minimalist style, featuring natural wood textures, light colors, and high-quality materials that create an atmosphere of coziness and tranquility.

The apartment consists of a separate bedroom and a spacious kitchen-living room. In the bedroom, guests will find a large double bed with an orthopedic mattress, high-quality bedding, and soft lighting for a comfortable night’s rest. Large windows provide plenty of natural light, while thick curtains help create a cozy atmosphere for sleeping at any time of day.

The living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa that can be used as an extra sleeping space. For guests’ entertainment, there is a flat-screen TV, air conditioning, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

The modern kitchen area is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, and a full set of dishes. A convenient breakfast bar with stylish stools makes for a wonderful spot to enjoy breakfast, work, or dinner in a cozy atmosphere. Tea, coffee, and sugar are also provided for guests.

The bathroom features modern fixtures, a washing machine, a hair dryer, an iron, and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Hot water is available 24 hours a day.

Additional house rules

The timeframe can be shifted to one side or the other at the request of the client, but with this option available from the administration of the apartment and only for the full payment of additional night of accommodation. In case of cancellation of booking 3 days prior to arrival, no fee will be charged. If booking is canceled later or in case of no-show, 100% of the cost of one night accommodation will be charged. Upon check-in a deposit is to be paid (it is returned upon departure on condition that no damage is done to the property). Standard accommodation includes linen for 2 people. If you need 1 more set of linen - it will be for an additional cost of 300 UAH. Tell the administrator the NUMBER of people who will be staying and the need for an additional set of bed linen and towels.

Дуже чудова квартира, сподобалась окрема спальня, однозначно рекомендую, неперевершений варіант

Низької якості мило, але це вирішується покупкою мила за 10 грн в супермаркеті під будинком
