This suite surprises with a very ergonomic solution and unique style.
Room is equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay.
Smart design divides a sleeping zone with a Queen-size bed, a small kitchenette with a microwave oven and
fridge, a bathroom with a shower, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning.
2 skylights allow you to enjoy the sky.
The building has an elevator, but the attic floor can only be reached by stairs.
You can also enjoy romantic evening looking the stars.
One of the advantages of the building is its location - business and cultural center of Kiev - Baseina Street.
Everything you need you will find in the vicinity.

According to our policy, reservations are accepted from 21 years of age and on Fridays and weekends we accept guests from 25 years of age. Thank you for your understanding.

When booking apartments for 1 day on New Year's Eve, a deposit of 3000 UAH is required.

To check in and get the keys, please come to the reception at 19, Basseynaya St., second floor. Working hours - from 08:00 to 00:00.

Attention: You must come to the reception desk to formalize the check-in procedure.
If you have an early (before 8:00 am) or late (after 00:00 am) check-in, you should arrange in advance to hand over the keys, as the reception hours are 08:00 - 00:00. You will be met at the front door (entrance to the house) by a Partner Guest House employee at the agreed time.
Ukrainian citizens staying for one or two days should bring two documents for registration (or one document and a credit card). If you are staying for three or more days, one document confirming your identity (passport or driver's license) is enough.
For early check-in (8:00 a.m.) or late check-out (6:00 p.m.), please contact us in advance.
Early check-in and late check-out is an optional service, charged at half the daily rate and must be confirmed 24 hours in advance.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the balcony (if available).
We do not accept guests under the age of 21.
Shortened stays are subject to a penalty of
- 1 night's stay for bookings of 1-7 nights;
- 10% of the room rate for bookings of 7 nights or more.

Сподобалось абсолютно все) центр міста, поруч Метро, купа ресторанів, купа місць для прогулянок. В самій квартирі все шикарно! Від заселення до зручностей в помешканні

Ніяких проблем не було.

Вже не вперше зупиняюся в цих апартаментах і неодмінно повернуся знову, якщо буде така нагода. В номері є все необхідне для комфортного перебування, ідеальна чистота. Особлива фішка апартаментів - персонал, який прислухається до всіх побажань, та навіть проблем. Зокрема під час мого перебування хтось із сусідів забрав праску в номер і не поспішав повертати, так ось, персонал знайшов можливість і о 21.30 принесли мені праску в номер, щоб я не йшла наступного дня в пом'ятому одязі.

Оскільки це мансардний поверх, і вікна знаходяться в стелі може бути трохи шумно, якщо йде дощ, але не критично. Також трохи дивакуватий ліфт, але це вже питання не до власників апартаментів і вже краще такий ніж ніякого
