Studio apartment with glazed balcony of 35 m2. Excellent apartment with a high level of comfort. The house is located near the beautiful Obolonska embankment, not far from the Minska metro station. Nearby there is a water park and Dream Town shopping centre. There are 2 lifts at the entrance. Near the house there is video surveillance, paid and free parking. The apartment is furnished, equipped with necessary appliances. At your service is also free Internet Wi-Fi, cable TV. The kitchen has everything you need for meals. Удобная кровать и диван. Хлопковое постельное белье и полотенца. Уютно. Прекрасный вид из окна. Есть все необходимое. Работающий кондиционер.

Неисправный фен (греет и гудит, но не дует). Грязный пол (особенно много песка под резиновым ковриком в коридоре). Стиральная машинка полная белья (видимо от предыдущих жильцов).

Действительно стиральная машина полная белья! Действительно от предыдущих гостей! Не смотря на отключение света, мы не переглаживаем просто постель после предыдущих гостей. А так как свет по графикам и без графиков и бывает нет по 6-7 часов стираем когда есть возможность! Но вы можете конечно найти другую квартиру где после предыдущих клиентов бельё разгладят и разровняют прямо не снимая с кровати) Это Ваше право, тогда конечно белья не будет ни в стиральной машине ни на сушке. Тоже самое могу сказать и по поводу песка под резиновым ковриком в коридоре. Пылесос находится в шкафу, при включении света есть возможность им воспользоваться.
