A studio apartment at the address 8 Mechnykova street, in the elite Pechersk district, in the very center of Kyiv, near Klovska metro station. On the 3rd floor of a 5-story brick building, there is an intercom, a balcony, and an armored front door. Only 3 sleeping places (a spacious double bed and a comfortable folding chair).
The apartment is in good repair, has tiles, laminate, has all the necessary furniture and household appliances.
At disposal: washing machine, TV (cable TV 150 channels), unlimited Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioner, microwave oven, electric kettle, hair dryer, iron, all the necessary dishes, always clean bed and bathroom accessories.

Зручне розташування

Жахливий запах в квартирі, штиняло як від бомжа, провітрювання не допомагало. Зломане підвіконня. Зломані жалюзі. Проблеми з інтернетом, сам налаштовував і швидкість на рівні 10-20 мбіт ще і постійно роутер перезавантажувався.
