Spacious and comfortable one-bedroom apartments with a large balcony where smoking is allowed and you can relax. The interior features natural warm tones.
The apartments are located on the 3rd floor of a three-story building, just a 5-minute walk from “Nyvky” metro station. The building has an intercom system and an on-site administrator. Free parking spaces are available on the hotel premises.
The apartments have undergone a full renovation, with new and modern furniture and appliances. The bedroom includes a double bed with an orthopedic mattress, an armchair, air conditioning, and access to the balcony. There is also a separate walk-in wardrobe.
Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a touch-control cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, washing machine, and all necessary kitchenware. Tea is provided, along with clean bed linen, bath towels, toiletries, an iron, an ironing board, and a drying machine.
The bathroom and kitchen feature heated floors. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
There is also a coffee machine on-site where all guests can enjoy aromatic coffee. A shelter is available in the building.
Convenient transport connections: the railway station is 4 metro stops away or a 16–20 minute ride by surface transport. A public transport stop is 2 minutes away, and the city center is only 15 minutes by metro.
