Description:
A premium-class apartment in the Obolon Residences residential complex. We are offering a one-bedroom apartment with a balcony, decorated in a minimalist, masculine style. The apartment features a lounge area with a Smart TV, a separate work area, a 180×200 cm double bed in a cozy alcove, and an additional single bed above the work area. The apartment is fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay and a pleasant vacation.

Additional amenities are available in the residential complex (by prior arrangement): a shared terrace with a jacuzzi on the 27th floor, a gym, a home theater, and underground and surface parking. The enclosed courtyard features a playground, a ping-pong table, as well as sports fields for soccer, basketball, and volleyball.

Video surveillance is in operation throughout the complex. Smoking any tobacco products and consuming alcoholic beverages in public areas is prohibited—a fine equal to the security deposit will be imposed.

The apartment is rented for quiet and peaceful living. Hosting parties, birthdays, weddings, and other events is not permitted. Violation of the rules may result in a fine equal to the security deposit, and in cases of gross violations—immediate eviction without a refund.

Smoking is permitted only on the shared balcony, which is available on every floor.

Parking:
Underground parking is available for 300 UAH/day. There is also free guest parking on the street with security and video surveillance, and a paid parking lot is located nearby at the Dream Town shopping mall. Please let us know in advance which parking option you need, as well as provide your car’s license plate number, make, and model.

Amenities:
There are numerous restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes nearby. Within walking distance are the Dream Town shopping mall, the Planeta Kino movie theater, children’s play areas, and an ice rink. Nearby are the Obolonska Embankment, Natalka Park, and Obolonskyi Island. The metro station is right next to the building; it takes about 10 minutes to reach Podil and downtown Kyiv.

A deposit ranging from 1,000 UAH to the cost of one night’s stay is required during your stay.
