A generator is available during power outages.

A cozy studio with a bathroom—sleeping up to 4 people—is the perfect choice for a short-term rental. 32 sq. m., 5th floor of 28, recently renovated, and fully equipped for your comfortable stay.

Smoking is prohibited in our apartments!
Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Early/late check-in/check-out is available by arrangement; an additional fee may apply—please inquire when booking.
Additional sets of bed linens and towels must be paid for separately.
We are happy to welcome you with children and pets (by prior arrangement).
A security deposit is required.
We accept payment: in cash, via bank transfer to our sole proprietorship account, or by credit/debit card.
We provide all necessary receipts and documentation.
You will need to present an original form of identification upon check-in.

The apartment features: a double bed, a pull-out sofa, a built-in kitchen with a dining area, and dishes.
Refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop with oven, range hood, and electric kettle.
Air conditioning, independent heating, TV, internet, Wi-Fi, iron, and ironing board.
Full-size bathtub, water heater, washing machine, and hair dryer.
Set of bedding and bath amenities, shower set.

In the building: high-speed elevators (passenger and freight), independent heating, a secure grounds with video surveillance and concierges, surface parking and guest parking, landscaped grounds, a playground, and a sports field. On the ground floor, there is a supermarket, a pharmacy, a coffee shop, and a sports club.
The building has its own bomb shelter.
A public transportation stop is a 3-minute walk from the building, and two metro stations—“Virlytsia” and “Boryspilskaya”—are 10 and 5 minutes away on foot, respectively. A 10-minute walk will take you to a picturesque park and lake.
