Spectacular studio apartment with an area of 39.6 sq.m. is located in a residential area of Kyiv, in a new building (built in 2022), 200 meters from the Okruzhna Road and 1.5 km from the Akademistechko metro station. There is free parking and a public transport stop near the house.
The apartment has a very nice view of the city from the window and balcony. The largest shopping and entertainment center in Ukraine, Lavina Mall, is located 5 km from the house.
In the house there is a grocery store, a cafe, a sushi shop, a Nova Poshta branch. In a beautiful quiet courtyard there is a terrace for relaxation and a beautiful playground.
