The service is paid at the rate of 1/2 of the daily cost of living.
If the dates are shortened, the remainder of the stay will not be refunded.
The guest is charged a security deposit in the amount of the daily cost of living upon check-in, which is returned upon check-out.
It is forbidden to hold celebrations and events in the apartment, as well as make noise after 22:00. In case of violation - eviction without refund of the deposit.
If the guest pays through the terminal - the bank's commission is 10%.

Дуже старий ремонт. Квартира вже давно потребує ремонту. Ванна кімната, підлога, двері, кухня. Все вже давно своє відслужили і потребують заміни.
