Hello! Here are the main details:

Our building has generators, so the elevators are always operating, cold and hot water are available, and Wi-Fi works (provided you have a charged power bank with two USB ports).

A cozy one-bedroom apartment on the 23rd floor with a large panoramic window and a beautiful sunset view.

The apartment has air conditioning and a Smart TV. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay and a pleasant отдых.

We are always happy to welcome guests who respect the property and the comfort of our neighbors. :)

The apartment is intended for quiet and peaceful stays only. It is not available for parties, birthdays, weddings, or other celebrations. Violation of these rules may result in a penalty equal to the deposit. In case of a serious violation, guests may be asked to leave immediately without a refund.

There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and cafés to suit every taste. Dream Town shopping mall, Planeta Kino cinema, children's entertainment areas, and an ice rink are all nearby. One of Kyiv's most beautiful locations, Obolon Embankment, is close by, as well as Natalka Park. The new Obolonskyi Island has also recently opened.

The metro station is right next to the building. Podil and Kyiv city center are just a 10-minute ride away.

Ввічливий та приємний у спілкуванні персонал, інфраструктурно чудове розташування будинку (парк "Наталка" поруч - це окремі компліменти)

Присутній невеликий шум з боку авто-магістралей, але це некритично, тим паче за наявності комендантської години.
