One-bedroom luxury apartment is located next to Klovska and Pecherska metro stations. The apartment is on the 7th floor of a 9-storey building. The apartment has designer renovation. Layout: bedroom and living room-studio, bathroom - jacuzzi. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with necessary appliances for comfortable living. To services of visitors: the TV, a microwave, a jacuzzi with hydromassage, the conditioner, the washing machine, a kettle, an iron, the hair dryer, slippers. Wi-Fi Internet access is available.
Location: the apartment is located within walking distance from Bessarabska square, SEC Gulliver, Arena-city, Mandarin Plaza, to Khreshchatyk - 15 minutes on foot.
If you have health problems and you have not a healthy lifestyle this apartment is not for you.
Unfortunately the elevator periodically breaks down and it does not depend on us. But we will help with your luggage.

The owner requires a security deposit in the amount of 4200 UAH, which will be returned upon check-out if the property is safe.

Additional house rules

No check-in or check-out is possible on December 31 and January 1.
If a guest is already staying in the apartment and is forced to leave earlier than the agreed and paid period (for any reason), as a general rule, the payment is non-refundable. Refunds are possible only in individual cases by additional agreement.
Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. or as agreed with the apartment owner.
Check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m.
For late check-outs, the price will vary depending on the time of day. If you check in for one night, the full cost of the night's stay will be charged. Check-in time is agreed with the apartment owner.
A security deposit of $100 is required upon check-in, which will be returned on the day of departure. The deposit is non-refundable if there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the apartment at the time of departure or noise after 11:00 p.m.
Check-in is possible until midnight.
Dear guests (especially non-Russian speakers), before making a prepayment, please contact the owner to confirm the possibility of night check-in.
