The apartment is located in the heart of the city and at the same time in a quiet, cozy courtyard. The apartment is renovated.
Location: a few stops to the bus station and Horkoho square (95th block) and the most interesting entertainment places. There are restaurants, Chelentano pizzeria, Union entertainment complex, park, flower clock and much more in walking distance. 2nd floor of a 5-storey building.
Number of sleeping places: 4, 2+2, if necessary, an extra bed can be provided.
Cozy design and modern equipment of the apartment (high-speed Internet, refrigerator, microwave oven, TV, iron and DVD) - everything is here for your comfort. Hot water is available around the clock. We guarantee the quality!

Dear guests, please note that check-in is at 14:00 (earlier settlement is possible if the apartment is ready). Estimated time and check-out - till 12:00.
Early check-in (before 14:00) and late check-out (after 12.00) are paid at a rate of 1/2 of the daily rent cost.
All our apartments are only for living. Parties and celebrations are not allowed.
It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. Penalty - 500 UAH.
Keys can be handed directly in the apartment in the previously agreed time.
2 documents confirming identity, or one document and a personal credit card are required on settlement. During your stay you must leave a deposit in the amount of 500 UAH.
