Панорамні вікна. Є вся необхідна побутова техніка.

Немає обігріву спальної кімнати, постійно працюючий лічильних над головою, шум від котла.

Квартира була брудна, а саме нігті у ванній, брудні тарілки та стаканчики на кухні, брудний унітаз, з-під раковини смерділо, на столі у другій кімнаті були крихти. Також в квартирі не працював інтернет, спочатку господар йшов на зустріч і повернув 300 гривень від повної вартості за поїздки, що особисто мені здається замало за такий рівень дискомфорту, він також мав налаштувати теплу воду, проте або воно все одно перелаштувалося, або ж вода у раковині і у ванній не поєднанні, оскільки митися все одно було холодно, через ледь теплу воду. Під час заїзду час якого був завчасно узгоджений, покоївка брехала годину, і через це я була змушена мерзнути під дощем, оскільки вона кожні 10 хвилин обіцяла бути от тут і зараз. Також я попросила виїхати з квартири на 4 години пізніше, у чому мені було відмовлено так би мовити через правила квартири, при тому що більшість правил були порушені самими власниками. Чесно кажучи мене абсолютно не хвилює з яких саме причин квартира була не прибрана і чому не працював інтернет, це питання повинно було бути вирішеним, чому фактично не було зроблено.
