Окна выходят на уютный дворик. В теплое время года, можно пообедать за столиком во дворе.
Очень холодная квартира, нам пришлось укрываться пуховыми одеялами, что бы согреться. Проблемы с вайфаем, сначала он был, но ловил не во всей квартире, потом вовсе исчез на 2 дня. Это проблема, потому что сигнал мобильного интернета в квартире ловит не везде.
