Розташування - відмінне, центр міста.

Найбільше вразило наскільки брудна квартира. Пліснява у ванні, тюль - сіра від пилу, на підлозі клубки пороху. Ручка від дверей спальні у шухляді, не у дверях. У пульті двох наявних телевізорів - відсутність батарейок. У ванній був у наявності лише туалетний папір і мило до рук ( напів використане ). Бідна постільна білизна і два полотенця як ганчірки. Це за ціну 2400 грн за добу.
