Description

Cozy apartment on the 1st floor of an old two-story Austrian house in the historic center. Behind the house is the Opera House, to the right is the Old Market Square, in front is the High Castle. This is a real find for tourists! There is a private terrace where it is convenient to smoke.

Convenient layout: entrance to the corridor - entrance hall, left and right - two separate rooms. The bedroom has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a large TV (72 cm), a double sofa. The second bedroom also has a double bed with orthopedic mattress, a round table for 6 people, TV, satellite TV, Internet (speed 1000 Mbps), Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom has a euro toilet and everything you need. There is underfloor heating throughout.

There is a courtyard where it is convenient to smoke. The apartment is ideal for families with children - there is a small amusement park opposite the house.

Parking on the street (both paid and free). A paid and free shuttle service is available. For stays of 4 nights or more, the transfer to the apartment is free (depending on the time of day).

Good morning! Thank you for choosing our apartments! Check-in is possible from 13:00 until late at night. It is possible to check in yourself. Check-out until 11:00 (on the day of departure). If you have guests, the apartment will be cleaned between 11:00 and 13:00 and you can leave your suitcases. If you need us to be present at check-in, please notify us 40 minutes in advance. It takes us 40 minutes to get to the apartment. Parking is available in front of the house. Smoking only on the terrace. We ask you to wash the dishes. Please use towels and bed linen carefully (damaged towel - 500 UAH).
