The Avangard Double Grand Space Apartments are located in the historic city center, a 3-minute walk from Rynok Square and the Opera House, at 2 St. Theodore Square.

These are new, modern studio apartments with a separate bedroom, designed to accommodate up to 2 people. The bedroom features one double bed. The apartment also has one bathroom.

The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and cookware: a stove, range hood, refrigerator, electric kettle, dining table, chairs, and dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with new fixtures. The apartment has individual heating, and hot and cold water are available 24 hours a day. A hair dryer is also provided.

Все сподобалось, розташування супер, умови гарні, поруч центр, кафе, ресторани)

Мінус, що сусіди в наступній квартирі живуть і коли виходять на вулицю, щоб посидіти за столиком, чути сильний шум. Немає шумоізоляції.

Місце розташування, стиль квартири, комунікація, спокійне заселення без особистих зустрічей. Квартира гарна, друга квартира, в котрій зупиняюся від цієї фірми. Поруч є магазин, можна швидко купити води або якісь продукти.
