Description

The apartment is located within walking distance from the center - 5-10 minutes. There is a PrivatBank branch in the house. Opposite is the outstanding landmark of the Semyon-Levitsky Palace. Next door is Tatra cafe-restaurant, and Garage restaurant-pub. Crossing Rymlianyna street, you can walk to Kumpel and Stargorod brewery restaurant in 3 minutes. We provide a secure private parking space in the house in the underground parking (free for guests). It is also possible to park for free on Filatova street (if there is a free space). The apartment has one bedroom (double bed), one living room (folding double sofa), a mezzanine that opens onto the living room (double bed), a kitchen with all the necessary equipment and utensils, a bathroom equipped with a toilet, shower and washing machine.
The highlight of the apartment is a huge 45 m2 terrace with all outdoor furniture, lighting, electric barbecue and flowers. In the presence of floor heating in the bathroom and kitchen, iron, coffee machine, air conditioning, TV, electric barbecue, hair dryer.
