Квартира була дуже добре прибрана навіть у важкодоступних місцях. Гарна комунікація із пані Лесею. Всі речі у гарному стані. Місце доволі тихе, до пішохідного центру хвилин 10 пішки.

Обрав цю квартиру, адже хотів орендувати двокімнатну. Фактично, вона однокімнатна в звичному для мене розумінні. Одна кімната — це вітальня-кухня. І друга — спальна. В квартирі вікна є лише біля вхідної двері. У спальні їх нема. З іншої сторони, у спальні можна ховатися у випадку повітряної тривоги.
