Есть все что нужно для проживания, квартира чистая, мягкая кровать, есть обогреватель в комнате и в туалете, удобное расположение телевизора.

Был небольшой шум ночью но это не мешает спать. Еще в номере есть фен но им не воспользоваться т.к его вилка не подходит в розеткам.
