Contactless check-in: No need for a personal meeting to hand over the keys - your electronic lock code is sent in advance to the messenger.

Electronic locks: Each apartment is equipped with an electronic lock. After confirming the reservation, the manager contacts you in Telegram/Viber/WhatsApp/Signal and sends all the necessary information for check-in.

Advance booking: Check-in at night is possible only if you receive all the information from the manager the day before.

Accessibility of the complex: The entrance to the complex is open around the clock.

Chat with the manager: All guests have access to a chat with the manager in the messenger of their choice. You can contact the chat with any questions during your stay.

Payment: We accept payment to a bank account. After making a payment, you must send a screenshot or receipt as a confirmation.

Restaurants: There are two restaurants on the ground floor, one of which is open 24/7.

Shelters: There is a shelter on the -1 floor of the complex.

Underground parking: We have a parking lot on the -1 floor. You need to book a parking space in advance due to the limited number of spaces. The cost of parking is 300 UAH per day.

Accommodation with pets: Accommodation with your pets is possible upon prior agreement with the administration.

Самі шикарні апартаменти, в яких я колись залишався, починаючи з самої будівлі, продовжуючи входом в будівлю, коридорами та закінчуючи самою квартирою. В апартаментах ідеально чисто, стоїть мертва тиша, є абсолютно все, що потрібно для максимально комфортного проживання, як в дорогих готелях, та навіть більше. Є телевізор, плита, мікрохвильовка, кондиціонер, посуд на любий смак, одноразові тапочки, засоби особистої гігієни, білосніжні полотенця та інші приємні дрібниці. Це той випадок, коли є абсолютно все і нічого зайвого. Це перші на моїй пам'яті самі ідеальні апартаменти в Україні.
