Чудове розташування, тиха вулиця 5 хв до університету і немає галасливих туристів та гучної музики, поруч магазини з продуктами, зупинка трамваю, зручно їхати з вокзалу, ліжка комфортні, чисто.

Проблема з парковкою авто.
