Розташування, знаходиться біля самого центру. В квартирі чистота, чиста випрасувана білизна, в квартирі достатньо місця. Привітний обслуговуючий персонал, Є все необхідне для потреб, все працювало.

Відсутність москітних сіток на вікнах, запах каналізації з ванної, дерев"яні сходи в будинку потребують ремонту.

Опалення вночі майже не працювало і було дуже холодно. Шумоізоляція дуже погана - було чутно розмови сусідів. В під'їзді бувають бомжі.
