There is a flexible system of discounts:
at check-in for 7 nights - 10%.
for stays longer than 7 days - 15%.
In case of early check-in and early check-out an additional payment of 500 UAH is required.
In case of shortening of the stay the money will not be refunded.
Smoking is forbidden in the apartment, the penalty is 100 UAH.
It is also forbidden to organise parties of various themes.
