Large duplex apartment with new designer repair. The apartment has 3 isolated rooms and a living room, a large kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms. One of them has a large bathtub. In the living room there is a huge plasma with smart TV. The apartment has dishes, bedding, towels, as well as free wi-fi.
Accommodation with pets is possible, but on request! The apartment has 8-9 beds. Two large double beds, folding double sofa, and a folding corner in the living room, which can sleep even 3 people.

Additional house rules

1) Smoking only on the balcony.
2) Parties are possible, but from 23:00 until the morning the apartment should be quiet, if music is playing, then the neighbors should not hear it.
3) If there is a lot of garbage left after you - there are garbage cans in the courtyard, take it and throw it away.
4) If you move the table and some other furniture, then move it back in place.
5) If you have broken something, then tell me or the maid about it. Nobody will scold you and we will definitely try to find a compromise in any situation.

Photos somewhat correspond to reality

Місцезнахідження. Самий центр.

Квартира 2-во поверхова і на другому поверсі, там розташовані 2 спальні, зовсім нема кондиціонерів (лише один слабенький вентілятор). А коли удень пройшов потужний дощ, то у вечорі ми повернулися у повністю залиті водою спальні. Літнім людям буде тяжко підійматися до 5-го поверху во високих сходах. Не змогли погладити білизну тому що з трьох прасок у квартирі всі були дуже брудними з сильним брудним нальотом на підошві праски. Прасувальна дошка зламана..
