An exquisite VIP apartment is located in the historical center of the city, 5 minutes walk from Opera theatre.
The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Design bedrooms with large double beds will allow you to fully enjoy your rest. Each bedroom has a plasma TV and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and utensils: electric stove, extractor hood, electric kettle, fridge, dining table. Bathroom has new plumbing fixtures: shower, washbasin, washing machine. The apartment has autonomous heating, round the clock cold and hot water supply, hairdryer, iron. Wi-Fi Internet access is available. Bed linen, towels, hygiene products are included in the price.

Чисто, удобное месторасположение, есть все необходимое, автономное отопление. В целом, квартира в хорошем состоянии и с красивым ремонтом. Рядом достаточно паркомест.

Явно площадь квартиры не 74 кв м. Максимум - 40. Недоброжелательные соседи, которые наезжают у подъезда на ровном месте с вопросами «вы кто такой и что тут делаете?» .

+ то что двушка по цене однушки светлая, в целом не плохо

- очень плохая входная дверь, без уплотнителя, сквозило никакой шумоизоляции, просто деревянная - в аварийном состоянии кухонный стол, шатается - в ящиках на кухне полно разного хлама (старые зубные счетки и т.п.)
