Cozy and bright studio (25 m2) on the 6th floor of a new 11-storey building (Mikonos residential complex), next to the sea. The house is located in 10th Fontana area. Guarded territory, video surveillance. Modern renovation done in minimalism style. The bathroom is combined. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable stay: Wi-Fi internet, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, washing machine, microwave oven, iron, hairdryer, electric kettle, high-quality furniture, spot lighting and a furnished balcony. The studio has a double bed and a bunk bed. Guests are provided with crockery, clean linens, bath towels and toiletries. Silpo, Tavria-V supermarkets, playground, Zebra, Maman restaurants, Pizzeria cafe are within walking distance. 15 minutes walk to the beaches of Arcadia and the best entertainment venues in Ukraine (Ibiza, Itaka, Bono, Mantra); shopping and children's entertainment centers; Hawaii aqua park; the best cafes and restaurants of the city.
