Additional house rules

For daily rentals: +450 UAH for cleaning (a one-time fee for the entire stay) + 2000 UAH security deposit (refunded after the apartment has been cleaned).

A prepayment equivalent to one night’s stay is required to confirm the booking.

Long-term rentals are also available.

Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out depend on the arrival and departure schedules of other guests, respectively. Please let us know your preferred check-in and check-out times, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
