Шановний Дмитро,дякуємо вам за ваш відгук та високу оцінку, нам дуже приємно. Щодо чайника і наліту , так, це є наше упущення - ми не помітили , але ж всі ми люди і маємо язик щоб говорити. Я мешкаю в цьому ж самому будинку 24/7 і якщо б ви подзвонили мені та сказали про цей недолік, то ми б дуже щвидко замінили вам чайник і вам би не прийшлось кип'ятити воду в кастрюльці і ваші проблеми булиб вичерпані. Мені здається ,що немає нічого складного - просто навчитися спілкуватися один з одним ,і все .Ну я так розумію ,що вам легше написати відгук чим подзвонити мені і зробити заміну чайника. Давайте будемо більш людянішими таки . З повагою Людмила
