We invite you to stay in a bright and modern apartment located in one of the most developed areas of Odesa — the Raiduzhny residential complex (Tairiv). It is an ideal choice for those who appreciate cleanliness, tranquility, and a high level of service.

Your comfort is our priority:

Rest: A spacious double bed with a comfortable mattress for a perfect night's sleep is at your service. A comfortable sofa bed (120 cm wide) is provided for additional guests.

Amenities: The apartment is equipped with all necessary appliances and furniture.

Attention to detail: We have prepared fresh bed linen, a set of fluffy towels, and high-quality hygiene products (liquid soap, shampoo) for you.

Infrastructure and location: The area has excellent infrastructure. Within walking distance, there is a Varus supermarket, Eva store, coffee shops, and service centers that will make your stay as carefree as possible. There is a playground in the courtyard.

How to get there: Convenient transport links make it easy to reach any part of the city:

From the railway station — minibus No. 145.

From the Central Bus Station — take minibus No. 191.

Landmark: the intersection of Levitana Street and Nebesna Sotnia Avenue.

Note: The bathroom is equipped with modern fixtures and is designed exclusively for showering.

Please call me 1 hour before your arrival. If you cannot reach me by phone, please send me a message on Viber or Telegram, and I will respond as soon as possible.

In case of an emergency departure, please leave the apartment key in the mailbox with the number of the apartment you were staying in (on the 1st floor). Please notify me by phone or by sending me a message on Viber or Telegram. I will return the deposit to your card after accepting the apartment.

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.

Our apartments do not have bathtubs.
Use of the air conditioner is subject to an additional fee.

If you have a pet, please let me know in advance. This issue will be resolved on an individual basis.

After 11 p.m., please keep the noise down and respect the people living nearby.

To check into the apartment, you will need to provide identification documents: passport, military ID, or driver's license.
A security deposit equal to one day's rent will be refunded upon departure, provided there is no damage.
