The apartment is located next to the new Privoz, in a new building. The apartment is small but very clean and tidy, just after repair. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Transportation is very good. The center and the sea can be reached on foot.

Цена в 700 грн/сутки на новый год была приемлемая как для квартиры.

Это больше похоже на комнату, а не на квартиру. По факту это и была большая квартира которую разбили на несколько квартир. За такую цену лучше жить в отеле, в квартире из посуды - две тарелки, плохая плитка, чайник, скокородка и кастрюля. По этому если вы хотите снять квартиру и в ней готовить себе еду, то этот вариант не для вас. Так же окна выходят на перекресток, и с перекрестка слышен звук светофора даже через закрытый стеклопакет, хотя и сон крепкий, но просыпались мы под звуковой сигнал и "перехід дозволено " Еще есть масса минусов данной квартиры, которые долго писать. Так же есть фотографии которые показывают более реальную ситуацию с квартирой, а именно ее неудобство.
