Description

The capacity is 5-7 people. The apartment of 80 m2 has its own entrance, fenced territory. There are trees, flowers in the yard, water supply for irrigation is made. There are two separate bedrooms of 20 m2 and a kitchen-living room with a TV and a sofa. In the pink bedroom there is a double bed, in the bedroom with a balcony - a double bed downstairs and a single bed at the top. The toilet and the bathroom are combined. The apartment has a two-circuit boiler, air conditioning, washing machine, ironing board, extractor fan, dishes, bed linen, towels. The apartment is located in a quiet center. To Derybasivska, Opera theater - 15 minutes, entrance to Shevchenka park for the descent to Lanzheron beach - on Marazliivska street (see on the map). Chornomorets stadium, Alley of Glory, Lunapark with attractions are located in Shevchenka park, under the crowns of ancient trees. In the park, the Health Track starts, along which you can walk, drive an electric car, rollerblades, bicycles (can be rented) to any other city beach of our city.
Dolphinarium, embankment with fountains - all is nearby. This is the best combination of the center of picturesque Odessa and the sea coast with its various beaches.

Замечательная квартира, превосходная терраса! Это изюминка этого жилья! Тень и прохлада! Роскошная ива закрывает вас от остального двора. Горячая вода круглые сутки! все очень понравилось, правда сильно не пошумишь - это тихий двор. Очаровательные хозяева! Если в Одессе, то только на Троицкую 2!
