A cozy apartment is located in a new house in the most beautiful place of Odessa. The beach and resort area of Arkadia and other beaches of the city, the best night clubs, bars, restaurants, a large water park nearby. Next to the house is Peremohy park - it's artificial ponds with fish and fountains, attractions, horse riding and much more. Nearby there is also a supermarket, shops, beauty salon, pharmacy, bank, cafes, restaurants, pizzeria. There is a good traffic intercharge in the district, there is a transport that will take you to either end of the city. The apartment has everything you need for an excellent holiday. Clean bed linen, towels and slippers are provided. Sleeping places: a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa in the recreation area in the kitchen-studio. Enjoy your holiday in Odessa!
