Description

Combining elements of high-tech and classic never looked so well as in this festive bright one-bedroom apartment that is located on the second floor of an old house in the center Gorsad on Derybasivska street (renovation completed in May 2011). This is the place where you can start your morning with a cup of coffee on the balcony, enjoying the fountain in the Gorsadu and rotunda, relax in the hot tub, watch one of the many satellite channels on the new LCD TVs (in the bedroom and living room), or just take a nap on a very comfortable sofa bed with orthopedic mattress, made by special technology. In the evening you will find a bedroom with a huge Italian bed and maybe conversations with friends: for this, we offer you a computer with the Internet and installed Skype. The apartment can comfortably accommodate two couples. In the presence of air conditioning, autonomous hot water, Internet, hot tub, safe, hairdryer, phone, iron, kitchen with stove, refrigerator and microwave oven, washing machine and a small laundry room with dryer on the floor. Sleeps 2+2. There is parking nearby.

Дуже хороше розташування, квартира чиста, з новим ремонтом. Є необхідна техніка.

В ванній вода потрапляє на підлогу при прийманні душа, калюжа виходить. Ще було б непогано якби машину можна було поставити у дворі будинку. Проте зовсім поруч є як платні так і безкоштовні паркомісця.
